Senior Account Manager
SUMMARY
Responsible for on-going optimization of online media buys and advertising campaigns including all online marketing channels such as display advertising, email marketing and registration paths/promotional sites and overall relationship among our strategic/Tier 1 client accounts by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
- Manages contracts and I/O’s (insertion orders) and provides necessary communications with clients (including sending links and troubleshooting pixels).
- Reviews statistics for offer performance and optimization for campaigns to maximize profitability.
- Creates Publisher payments and acquires statistics for advertiser billing.
- Manages exclusive offer & creative requests.
- Utilizes all pricing structures to purchase media (Revenue Share, CPA, CPC, CPL) and sell advertising.
- Performs target and offer optimization analysis.
- Liaises with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate campaign launch, delivery, and invoicing.
- Provides campaign reporting and superior customer service to clients.
- Performs miscellaneous operation tasks related to lead tracking, billing analysis, and discrepancy tracking.
- Cultivates our existing client relationships.
- Participates in development of the product offerings.
- Provide market research and monitor competitive activity.
- Other duties that are within education and experience or the incumbent may be assigned for the betterment of the company.

- Basic negotiation skills

- Client management experience (internal and external) preferred
- Experience in serving client (internal and external) needs and providing deliverables in a timely fashion
- Strong understanding of mathematical concepts
- Strong communication skills are essential (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain own work flow and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Relevant BS or BA degree from four-year college or university; and minimum of 2 – 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in business development/publisher media planning/buying.
