Senior Billing And Enrollment Systems/Solutions Analyst - Minneapolis, MN or Tampa, FL
 

 Primary Responsibilities:

• Accountable as a key liaison between Customer Service subject matter experts and IT partners in defining system requirements for TRICARE program specific initiatives to address the unique needs of the TRICARE beneficiary membership. Systems/Solutions focus includes the processes of billing, enrollment, telecom/IVR, call center desktop tools, appeals and grievances and correspondence.
• Identifies gaps related to new and/or existing Customer Service products, services and workflows based on broad view of the project, projected workflows, and organization, and recommends enhancements where necessary based on TRICARE specific needs.
• Collaborates and partners with other functional managers, other business areas across and within segments or other business areas to ensure all workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressed.
• Consults with constituents (these may be internal and/or external) to scope and define project.
• Assist business in designing  systems configuration to support customer service program workflows and outcomes reporting.
• Organizes meetings and manages resources to support end user learning and testing activities.
• Monitor system performance and act as liaison with IT and business teams to ensure resolution of defects and problems
• Ensures that a viable deployment plan is in place, and oversees system deployment.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2+ yrs of Project Management experience
  
• 2+ yrs familiarity with Customer Service Operations and/or Billing and Enrollment Operations
  
• 2+ yrs familiarity with systems solutions
  

• Programming Knowledge
  
• Management experience
  
• Microsoft Office Bundle experience
