Classification: Full-time
Compensation: $65000 to $80000 per year
Large Publicly held manufacturing company in Milwaukee is currently recruiting for a Senior Operations Financial Analyst due to significant growth. This Senior Analyst will be responsible for: Reviewing forecasted production schedule & related manning requirements monthly with operations and production control management; support the operations management in the preparation and compilation of periodic forecasts and the annual budget process; analyze and report on monthly manufacturing variances; generate and review monthly operations metrics tracking; provide financial analysis on process improvement initiatives; and support capital justification process and provide postmortem analysis on closed capital projects. BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA a plus. Minimum five years experience in accounting with emphasis in manufacturing and financial analysis necessary. Strategic decision-making, and experience in short and long term financial planning a plus. CPA would be beneficial. Limited travel may be required with this role. Job Requirements
