Position Description: Positions in this function are involved in developing market strategies to support products and drive membership/sales growth. Positions develop strategies and tactical plans to support consumer/member innovation, support new product and program launches, and combat competitive pressures. Job Requirements
Qualifications: - 8 - 10 years of experience with direct marketing, client or agency side experience
- 4 years of agency management experience
- Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Direct response marketing experience with direct mail acquisition and lead fulfillment campaigns, preferred
- Production and/or online experience, preferred
- Healthcare, insurance or financial service product experience, preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field, strongly preferred
