Classification: Full Time

Compensation: $70,000 to $80,000 per year

We¡¦re looking for a self-starter who is well organized, has experience documenting user and functional requirements and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. The right person has the flexibility and adaptability to work in a quickly changing environment and is able to manage multiple large projects at the same time.
What You will do
„X Research, identify and analyze business needs
„X Translate business needs into programmable requirements
„X Work with internal teams to ensure requirements are understood
„X Work QA and business to ensure that the programmed solution meets the requirements
„X Mentor junior members of the department
„X Assist with release planning by determining the correct mix of items from a product backlog, defects and new requests
„X Prioritize work based on clear understanding of business needs
„X Coordinate closely with senior members of team and other departments
„X Understand our SDLC and organize projects to meet the deliverables
„X Demonstrate relationship building skills, both internally and with external clients
„X Take Initiative and work independently

Job Requirements

„X Bachelors Degree
„X At least 5 years experience as a business analyst or in a product development and design environment
„X Demonstrated experience in the areas of application programming, database and system design (direct programming experience not required)
„X Demonstrated skills building relationships with a variety of work-styles
„X Solid communication skills- oral and written- including ability to listen and interpret client needs
„X Demonstrated experience creating application from scratch
„X Project management skills (status reporting, issues escalation, resourcing)
„X Ability to envision what the product would do, based on client input
„X A positive attitude and high energy
„X Creative problem solving skills
„X Willingness to take risks to the appropriate degree
„X Desire to learn and seek new knowledge
„X Flexibility and openness to change
„X Ability to mentor team members
„X Proficiency with various PC software and operating systems; ability to quickly master new applications
