Senior Security Analyst
The successful candidates will work as part of a 3 person team supporting the clients 20 local and remote office security applications and devices. The successful candidates will be required to be on call up 50% and will be required to work overtime after hours and on weekends. This resource will be the primary resource responsible for daily communication and providing status and feedback to the Client’s Account Service management team. This Resource will be required to lead status meetings and coordinate Project and Service Request tasks within the Security tower. This resource will be required to functionally coordinate and be overall point person for the Security team when problems arise. This resource will be required to retain overall ownership of the problem for facilitation and coordination of resources until the problem is completely resolved. This resource will be required to work closely with other Functional Leaders when problems arise within the client’s infrastructure that crosses a broad spectrum of towers. Additionally, this resource may be responsible for overall ownership of the problem depending on where the problem is assessed to be stemming from or the availability of other functional leads. This resource is required to work at least 3 days a week out of the clients Tacoma office to work with the core team and the client’s Service management team for various initiatives and project coordination efforts. This resource will work closely with other Sr. Resources to provide thought leadership and overall general oversight of the client’s network infrastructure. Additional Responsibilities include:
Primary Security resource interface with the customer service management team Primary resource to technically oversee Security. Responding to trouble tickets and owning the problem to resolution. Being part of a SWAT team when problems involve more than just the security group. Planning changes to the environment including writing change plans. Keep up to date inventories, and documentation related to the Security area. Assist and work collaboratively with remote personnel to complete tasks. Responsible for support and enhancements to the environment.
