Job Description
Performs product design, coding, testing and documentation which requries research and analysis. Supplies technical support internally and directly with customers and prospects as required.
Responsibilities include complex product design, along with implementation and maintenance activites; researching and analyzing complex QA or product suppoort issues; and researching new technology or development tools to remain informed of current technology.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science and a minimum of 6 years experience in an applicable field. An advanced degree is desireable. Other required qualifications: excellent technical knowledge in software development methodologies, design, and implementation; analytical and design skills at a multiple product level; expertise in research and analysis, proejct planning and implementation; an understanding of the development process, including specification, documentation and quality assurance; and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
