Current Need
The position of Enterprise Revenue Management Senior Solution Consultant has recently become available in the Horizon Enterprise Revenue Management Sales Group. The Enterprise Revenue Management Solution Consultant will demonstrate and position McKesson's Horizon Enterprise Revenue Management Solutions. The primary responsibilities include product/solution demonstrations, conducting Patient Financial Services assessments to identify areas where benefits of Horizon ERM will be achieved, presenting an implementation strategy/roadmap to potential customers, collecting data to generate a Benefit Realization Study, responding to application or feature function checklists for Request for Proposal's (RFP's), participation in sales meetings, and staff tradeshows. Preparation and maintenance of sales support presentation materials, demonstration database, and assistance with site visits are also included in the responsibilities.
Position Description
Essential Functions:
1. Demonstrate Horizon Enterprise Revenue Management Solutions incorporating value statements and benefits to prospective customers using persuasive sales techniques.
2. Conduct Patient Financial Services Assessments and collect data to generate a Benefit Realization Study.
3. Develop and present implementation strategy/roadmap to prospective customers.
4. Participate in and staff product areas for tradeshows and product fairs.
5. Assist sales team with site visits, sales calls and pre-demonstration discovery sessions.
6. Maintain industry knowledge and issues.
7. Position requires 60% + National travel.

Minimum Requirements
¿ 5+ years experience as Director/Manager of a Patient Financial Service department in an acute healthcare setting working with Revenue Management information solutions. Hospital CFO preferred.
¿ Prior software vendor experience a plus.
¿ Experience in formal presentations.
¿ Must be able to work under deadlines and manage several projects simultaneously.
¿ Ability to present concepts and demonstrate software functionality using persuasive sales techniques.
¿ Detail-oriented.
¿ Ability to work well with team members.
¿ Strong customer service skills
Education
Bachelors Degree required. Masters in related field a plus.
Physical Requirements
Ability to trave up to 80%.
