Right now, our client (Shred-it) is looking for exceptional sales talent in major US and Canadian markets to join as Senior Sales Representatives with assigned geographical territories. These are extremely desirable outside sales opportunities with a world-class employer. You will be selling an outsourced service with a phenomenal value proposition (data security, environmentally responsible, cost and time savings) which makes it a relatively easy sales process. The real skill comes in the ability to consistently develop new opportunities, develop a solid penetration plan for your territory, and keep your sales pipeline full.

Job Requirements
Important: Shred-it is only going to consider candidates who meet the following criteria:
• 5+ years of solid sales performance with a large focus on new business development (hunting)
• A consistent employment history (not a lot of short career stints)
• Experience selling B2B (ideally services like - but not limited to office equipment; software solutions; telecom; advertising; document management, etc)
• Exceptional in-person interpersonal and communication skills
• A true love for sales and a professional mind-set related to new business development
