American CareSource Holdings, Inc., d/b/a Ancillary Care Services, is an ancillary benefits management company that offers cost effective alternatives to physician and hospital-based services through its comprehensive national network of approximately 2,500 ancillary service providers at over 25,000 sites. Our ancillary network and management provide a complete outsourced solution for a variety of healthcare payor and plan sponsors by expanding the range of provider choices available to their payors while reducing overall ancillary benefits cost. Our customers include self-insured employers, indemnity insurers, PPOs, HMOs, third party administrators and both federal and local governments.


Job Requirements

As a Service Center Advocate, based in our office in Dallas, Texas your primary goal will be to act as a liaison between external customers and internal departments to ensure our customers receive exceptional service and problem resolution regarding claim issues. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for assisting with the facilitation of our claims billing, collection and payment processes. Previous knowledge of HCFA, UB and payor EOB forms coupled with a strong understanding of medical terminology will assist you in a smooth transition into this role. You will have a great opportunity to showcase your open and clear communication skills as you deal with a variety of different client situations. Increase your value by learning all of our reports and other communication tools to summarize and combine requests for information on multiple claims.
