Job Description
Protection One, one of the fastest growing alarm companies in the nation, is seeking a Service Coordinator.
Under limited supervision, the Service Coordinator provides and coordinates administrative and clerical
support activities. Liaison for Security Consultants, Branch Managers, Sales Managers, and Branch
Administrators.
To perform this job successfully, the Service Coordinator may be expected to perform some or all of the duties listed, and other duties as assigned.
Schedule appointments for repairs and system upgrades, new sales
Customer service assisting customers with various issues (e.g. billing, service requests)
Complete contract paperwork and quality control paperwork
Sales Contract Tracking through completion, customer billing, and payment of commission.
Prepare service order invoices, complete daily reports and data entry
Schedule sub-contractor work.
Dispatch, prepare routing for service technicians including faxing route and orders to technicians daily.
Issue material and equipment to technicians.
Conduct physical inventory, order and receive materials and equipment.
Act as a liaison between sales personnel and service technicians.
Job Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED required
1 – 2 years of previous customer service experience required.
3 years of customer service and administrative experience preferred.
Typing skills (30wpm) and 10-key experience required. 45 wpm preferred.
Microsoft Office applications proficiency is preferred (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel)
Dispatching experience preferred.
