Requirements

• Responsible for taking work orders, setting the job board and assisting the Branch Manager with filling customer orders.

• Ensures all timeliness and accuracy of the employment process, verifying work eligibility, and processing applications.

• Works with Assistant Manager and Branch Manager on acquiring new customers, qualifying customers, maintaining credit applications and related documents.

• Assists with the collections of customer accounts.

• Assists with the recruitment of new employees, screening, and placement of all new employees.

• Minimal costumer service visits.

• Answer Phone, e-mails, etc. 

• Help with employees payout.

Job Requirements

1. 1-2 years of customer service, retail sales, or administrative experience required.
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
3. Must be "Bilingual" Spanish/English.
4. Able to work early (5:30 AM) or late hours.
