Job Description
Aero Industries, the nation’s leader in tarping systems and trailer accessories, currently has an opening in our service facility in Streetsboro, Ohio. This position reports directly to the on-site Facility Manager. This is a first shift position, Monday - Friday.
- Individual will be responsible for proactive leadership of an installation / service shop of 5-7 employees.
- Will hire, train and appraise employees; interact with customers to address needs and train on product use; maximize shop throughput and efficiency; manage work schedule to meet customer commitments; ensure high quality of installation & service; ensure a safe and organized shop; manage inventory.
Job Requirements
- Must have stable work history and pass drug screen.
- Must have prior supervisory experience in a service shop environment, specifically with welding and mechanical assembly.
- Must be flexible with work hours and work extended hours when needed on short notice to support customer needs.
- Excellent planning and organization skills; good communication skills.
