Required Availability: Mon-Fri 7:00AM-8:00PM, Sat/Sun 8:00AM-5:00PM
Summary:
Associate is responsible for receiving inbound customer service calls, fulfilling the customer’s inquiries/requests and cross selling customers on various Capital One products while seamlessly creating a high level of customer satisfaction. Associate is required to be well educated on the features and benefits of all products. Associate must be a team player who will adopt and share best practices among peers.
Responsibilities:
Receive inbound customer service calls and provide the highest level of quality to all Capital One customers
Analyze customer needs and determine qualifications for various product offers
Sell the features and benefits of a wide variety of Capital One products
Overcome customer concerns/objections
Cross sell customers on various Capital One products
Stay abreast of all changes, developments and enhancements for all systems, products and upgrades.
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
6 months of experience in a sales environment
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
1 Year of customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
6 months of telesales experience
1 year of experience in a financial sales environment
2 years of customer service experience
Associates or Bachelors Degree
Proficient with all Microsoft applications
Previous Banking experience
