Classification: Full Time
Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 per year
SUMMARY:
This position requires development background in SharePoint, SQL database, IIS, ASP and .NET. This position will provide technical expertise to the business utilizing a structured business analysis approach to software development, and will maintain the organization's intranet and external websites. This person will also contribute to the decision making process in areas regarding the development and deployment of software architecture and technologies throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Development - design, develop, implement, and maintain data-driven web services and solutions using SharePoint, SQL Server, and other web technologies
- Business Analysis - interact with internal customers to gather and document detailed business requirements for changes and enhancements to existing systems as well as for new systems
- Support - provide operational support for intranet and internet systems
- Follow established SDLC standards, QA, and change control procedures
- Train first and second level support personnel and provide third level support
- Invest time to grow personal skills and skills of other staff members

Requirements:
Must have:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience working with SharePoint and MS SQL Server and .NET
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with business users to perform business process analysis
Preferred:
- Software architecture design and analysis
- Development experience with C# or VB .NET, Java, PHP, MySQL, WordPress
- Development experience using Visual Studio 2005, 2008
- Possess a good understanding of relational database design and management concepts
- Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
- Full project life cycle experience, (requirements, specifications, design, construction, testing, etc)
