The Arc of Schuyler is looking for a proven leader to provide oversight and supervision to staff working in a residential setting serving individuals with developmental disabilities. Coordinate assigned shifts when house supervisor is not on duty. Provide residents with training in activities of daily living, self-help, and communication. Ensure that the needs of the residents are being met.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED, clean and valid driver's license, and the ability to provide physical assistance required. Experience working in the human services field and/or prior leadership experience required. Must be organized, reliable, and able to work a flexible schedule of days, evenings, and weekends. Excellent communication skills required.
