So what's it like working at Carl's Jr.? Here's a small sampling of what some of our employees have to say:
"I started part-time as a Shift Leader. Well, 23 years later, I'm now a District Manager. I love my job and the people I work with. The company is very family friendly and has been very good to me."
Roger, District Manager, San Marcos, TX
"I started working for Carl's Jr. as a crew person as I was finishing high school. I was just looking for a fun summer job with friends. With some hard work and dedication I was promoted to Shift Leader and then to a restaurant General Manager. I worked in this position while attending college. With help from the Company's tuition reimbursement program I was able to graduate with a degree in Human Resources and find a home with my ever-growing family at Carl's Jr. as a Regional Human Resources Manager. Not too bad for a ‘summer job'!"
Mike, Regional HR Manager, Salt Lake City,UT
