Shift Supervisor
Brother Francis Shelter
Catholic Social Services' Brother Francis Shelter is seeking a full time shift supervisor. Responsible for the general welfare and safety of all shelter guests during shift. This position is also responsible for the supervision of up to eight persons. Must have high school diploma or equivalent; two years work experience with the homeless population and/or knowledge is highly desirable. Life experience may be substituted. Prior supervisory experience beneficial. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Must possess good skills for conflict resolution and be able to insure a positive and harmonious atmosphere in the Shelter.
