Tradesmen International is America's premier Construction Labor Support company with more than 65 locations nationwide. We pride ourselves on establishing bona-fide partnerships with clients, ensuring their labor-oriented needs are met timely and on budget through our unique Total Labor Support program serviced by our Marine Account Executives. These sales supported services include professional labor consultation, staffing of high-caliber craftsmen and various training programs and services. Together or individually, our services improve the total productivity of our clients labor force while reducing their labor costs.
Tradesmen International is expanding our metro-New York / New Jersey area and we are seeking a full-time Marine Account Executive to support these efforts. The Marine Account Executive will be accountable to develop, promote and manage sales activities within this territory in accordance with company strategies and objectives.
The Marine Account Executive will foster partnerships with key customer accounts while continuing to expand current client base. This individual must develop and maintain customer relations through superior customer service and strong communication skills. This role will be field based.
Duties include but not limited to:
Manage existing account relationships
Develop new business clients
Supervise recruiting efforts
Maintain compliance of OSHA regulations for field employees
Marine Shipbuilding and Repair knowledge is a plus but not required.

Job Requirements
Marine Account Executives must have the ability to work in a high-energy team environment, be self motivated and goal orientated. We find that individuals who have a true passion for sales are the sales representatives who top the income charts.
Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills combined with the ability to prioritize activities to ensure customer satisfaction and maximized profitability is required.
This is a position within our sales organization and as such the candidate is considered to be part of the overall corporate sales initiative. A team player attitude is expected.
A four year degree is desired but not required.
Standard computer skills- experience using Word, Excel, Power Point, Louts Notes or equivalents.
This is a field based sales position and the candidate must reside within the metro-New York / New Jersey area.
