This position assists in the shipping and receiving of parts and product in the Repair Centers.
Salary Range: 9.10-13.00 depending on experience.
Qualifications To provide the proper customer focus, the Shipping/Receiving Associate must: � Work as a dedicated team member to ensure fast, flexible and expert service to every customer � Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate customer centric solutions � Assist in unloading delivery trucks � Assist sales team in prompt movement and staging of customer product � Provide knowledgeable and courteous service � Successfully complete all shipping/receiving associate training elements within required timeframes � Continually look for methods to improve the business and service level to each customer � Understand and support customer cycle times by ensuring customer merchandise is shipped and received per transportation schedules (UPS, Courier Service, etc) � Maintain cleanliness and organization of shipping/receiving areas � Manage the shipping and receiving process for outgoing merchandise � Ensure adherence to applicable safety/environmental rules in order to provide a safe business for customers and associates � Accurately counts and records receipts for parts and merchandise � Accurately follows the Customer Waiting Process (CWO) process � Effectively manage and demonstrate appropriate time management skills � Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and other ISO-based procedural documents � Adhere to all company policies and procedures � Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
