Job Description
Evolvent Technologies, Inc. is a small business with corporate offices in Falls Church and Dulles, Virginia and San Antonio, Texas. Evolvent builds and supports secure information management programs through proven expertise and focused methodologies in information assurance and knowledge engineering.
We are currently seeking a Training Manager. Preferred government contracting experience.
o BS in related fields with 6 years relevant experience
o Developing and managing the training development of an imaging system supporting the Military Health System (MHS) AHLTA
o Minimum 3 years experience in multiple types of training such as role based or task based, threads and show me or try me methods
o Ability to effectively lead training development project team of 4+ staff
o Ability to drive complex projects with large scope applying configuration management tools
o Ability to gather relevant information from different resources to address issues and make prompt and insightful decisions
o Ability to develop and execute plans, meeting milestones and operating under tight time and budget constraints
o Ability to write, review and edit training materials to include system administrator guide, train the trainer materials, and onsite training course as needed
o Excellent communication skills
o Other related qualifications as applicable
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree is required.

CBT, SCORM,
Web-based training (WBT)
Shareable Content Object Model (SCORM)
Learning Management System (LMS)
Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL)
Software development life cycle (SDLC)
Department of Defense (DoD)
Military Health System (MHS)
Healthcare images
Must be a US Citizen and Qualify for a security clearance.
