Job Description
Our client looking for several Software Engineers with experience in FLCD and Business Systems for its facility in Seattle, Wa. This is a 6 - 12 month contract position. Rate is open and flexible.
* We are not processing H-1B Visas/Corp-toCorp at this time.**
Position Summary:
The software engineer works closely with the software designer to implement solutions that address the business needs of various teams. This position is not responsible for features in the Centricity Enterprise product itself.
Client is looking for a strong software engineering with good English/communication skills with experience in Gathering, Identifying and Refining User Requirements.
Must have experience with the Full LIfe Cycle Development.
Experience with Business Systems/Applications.
Job Responsibilities
Work with team leader to establish project priorities.
Evaluate open software failures in a variety of product modules.
Coordinate with a variety of technical experts to validate potential solutions as appropriate, following CE Standard Operating Procedures and workflows.
Prepare a technical design for each solution
Obtain review and approval of suggested design
Implement, unit test, and document the design
Assist in validation of peer solutions.
Job Qualifications:
Strong experience with Full Life Cycle Development.
5+ years in either JAVA, .NET or PERL.
Strong experience/knowledge of Business Systems.
Good understanding of Development Methodologies.
Experience in complex software development and system implementation projects.
Extensive knowledge of database structures and applications
Able to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Excellent communication skills to both IT technical associates and business managers.
Ability to develop a collaborative working relationship with customers and other teams.
Must be flexible and adaptable to meet all requirements.
Must be self-motivated, well organized and results driven.
Good oral and written communications skills and team-working attitude.
