Job Description
The Software Licensing Specialists will provide clients and Sales reps support & solutions pertaining to software licensing, deployment & utilization. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with technology industry experience along with a proven track record of success to join our team. This individual will be managing account relationships through the most senior levels to reach assigned objectives.
This position will be responsible for driving incremental growth of software sales, ensuring clients renew existing agreements, and delivering value throughout the life of client contracts.
This position will be assigned quota and/or specific product/category goals attainment to these goals will be the prime measurement of success. As a company, we want to drive growth of software in 2009/2010, to approximately 30% of the clients total IT spend. Beyond new clients, it will also be critical to retain & renew existing agreements. Goals around this retention will also be set & communicated.
Job Requirements
- 4 year degree or equivalent experience
CERTIFICATES/LICENSES, ETC.:
- Certifications on major partner lines, including, but not limited to: MS MCP, SAM, CSM, Sym, McAfee, IBM, VMWare
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2 years experience in selling
- Minimum 3 years experience in software licensing
