Duration: 4 months with possibility to extend for 12 months based on performance
Location: Redmond, WA
Title: Software Design Engineer in Test â€" Level 1
Position Details:
What are the top four technologies needed for this role (WTT, etc.)?
· WTT, Previous experience working with Devices and Platform Builder
· Product Studio
What will the day-to-day activities be for this person?
· DRM and Tell a Friend testing â€" including running manual test cases during test passes, writing and updating test plans, keeping test cases up to date, filing and closing bugs.
How much of the role is going to be coding versus testing?
· Mainly testing, coding is possible and would be a plus.
If coding, what languages are needed?
· Not necessary but C/C++/C# nice to have.
· Any experience with Lua very useful.
What type of testing will the candidate be doing? Localization testing/web performance, manual, etc?
· Manual DRM and Tell a Friend testing.
