Director of Speech Language Pathology and Audiology
A local organization is looking for a Director to oversee their pediatric speech language pathology and audiology teams. This is a director level position with the majority of the responsibilities being administrative. The individual will need to be a Licensed Speech Language Pathologist with both clinical and management experience.
The hospital is state-of-the-art and has a great reputation in the area, especially with serving the pediatric population. They work with children ages birth to 21 years with a variety of diagnoses. The responsibilities of the position will include but are not limited to: managing the various speech and hearing rehab teams both in inpatient and outpatient settings, daily operations, creating and maintaining policies and procedures, hiring and reviewing staff, maintaining patient satisfaction, team programming, growing the speech and hearing program, researching and implementing new, cutting edge technologies, local public relations and educating activities, and involvement in growing and managing a comprehensive feeding program. There are also opportunities to truly get involved with research and becoming published.

Job Requirements
Pediatrics Program Director of Speech and Audiology:
* Valid New Jersey Speech Language Pathology License or Ability to Apply for a New Jersey Speech Language Pathology License
* At least five years of clinical experience with a minimum of four years of pediatric clinical experience
* At least three years of management or supervisory experience
* Strong Leadership Skills
* Organized
* Solid Work History
