Job Description
This build engineer will be responsible for managing the Source Control software, scripting and collecting code, compiling and linking builds and consolidating all code so testers can test the following day.
Job Requirements
-Build experience (applicable industry exp, understands the build process)
-Must fully understand entire build process including compiling and linking
-Very strong proficient with scripting (specifically command/batch however any scripting language would be great as long as the candidate is strong with it)
-Must understand “Source Control System" (system/database where all developers code is stored)
-Understand application lifecycle management
-Source Depot experience
-TSF experience (Team foundation server)/Visual Basic
-Exp with Perforce (this is what source control software shot off from)
-Ability to read C# or C++
-SQL Experience
-Some experience with Installation package software
