Responsibilities Works as a liaison between Stakeholders and the Project Sponsor to elicit, analyze, model, document, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and procedures, and information systems. Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements. - Creates Business Requirements Documents. Articulates the stated business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve stated goals. Ensures business needs are translated to technology solutions.
- Analyze, review, forecast, trend and present information to support clinical operations and business performance. Develop, enhance and maintain information models. Support the development and implementation of business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes. Translates concepts into practice.
- Develops metrics / tools / reports and processes for oversight / monitoring and secures management approval of oversight activities. Conducts routine monitoring of key metrics. Analyzes data associated with key metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Issues reports of findings.
- Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses. Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks.

Job Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field 5+ years related work experience with 3+ years in a business/finance analysis role Proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint). Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes required. Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures. Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills required.
