Responsibilities Senior Digital Imaging Service Engineer performs preventive maintenance and repairs on advanced diagnostic and therapeutic imaging modalities. These modalities include but not limited to Cardiac Cath Labs, Neuro and Vascular Interventional Imaging systems, Angiographic systems, Digital Radiographic Systems, Nuclear Medicine Gamma Cameras, PACS, Digital Networking, Image Reconstruction workstations, in addition to low end diagnostic imaging equipment. Has extensive familiarity with the functional and operational procedures of these systems. Has the ability to work with equipment from various manufactures. Familiar with State and Federal regulatory requirements on the safe operation of this equipment. Has good communications skills and ability to work with Radiologist and Radiographers. Has the ability to lead a group of imaging engineers as required. Fifteen (15) years with AS degree or Ten (10) years with Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Biomedical engineering or in related field. MS degree in related field and CRES Certification preferred.
