As a Sr. Financing Officer for the Aviation Finance group you will be marketing aircraft deals for the assigned territory of the southwest.  You will be responsible for the achievement of aviation lease profits, territory growth and customer satisfaction objectives by developing new leases and lease related business with current and prospective customers.  You will independently handle the most sophisticated large customer's leases.  As the Sr. Financing Officer you will have the abillity to recognize and structure more complicated financing transactions including synthetic and leverage leases.  You will provide guidance and leadership by assimilating and contributing a substantial level of knowledge regarding the competitive environment, market intelligence, legal and regulatory developments and general industry trends that impact the leasing, financial services and customer's industries.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
 
A Bachelors Degree in Business with a finance or accounting concentration
Completed a minimum of 7 years of credit/lending/financial sales experience, 5 years in the leasing industry.
Ability to solve complex problems
A high level of knowledge regarding lease-specific credit, tax, accounting, legal, regulatory and equipment related issues.
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to negotiate and close the sale
Self starter with the ability to work independently.
