Job Description:
This is aleadership positionrequiring excellent communication, business and technical skills. This position is responsible for gathering and defining requirements for the implementation of ITIL service management applications. This includes working with clients, process owners, and developers to deliver a solution which meets the business needs. The ideal candidate will have15+ years overall experience with at least 1 year in a CMMI level 3+ organization. Position level is dependent on candidate’s level of experience. Primary Experience:
10+ years experience as a business/systems analyst
3+ years developer experience- preferably in PL SQL and/or Oracle, and Business Objects
3+ years Report requirements and analysis
Strong understanding of ITIL Service Management processes
Excellentorganizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Experience developing and explaining metrics and statisticsto business users
Demonstrated analytical thinking, adaptability, enthusiasm and motivation.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
Ability to direct the work of others and manage the quality of deliverables.
Secondary Experience:
UAT Test plan development
1+ years Remedy ITSM 6.0+ experience
Business Objects experience
Process Reengineering, Data analysis
Technical Writing and Documentation
Oracle, SQL
End User Training
TQM, Six Sigma
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science orComputer Information Systems or related discipline.
