Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance and operation of Air Defense communication equipment.
2. Troubleshoot repair and maintain Voice Frequency (VF), digital and analog switching, data, and miscellaneous telecommunications equipment for the Air Defense System.
3. Test telecommunications and associated equipment.
4. Perform routine system maintenance and testing functions at local and remote sites.
5. Perform telecommunications equipment installation as required.
5. Performs all other related duties as assigned.
6. Interface with customer as required.
Required Education:
Requires High School diploma or equivalent. AS degree in technical field or equivalent certifications or equivalent experience a plus.
Required Work Experience:
Requires 3-5 years experience in related field.
Other Desirable Requirements:
Periodic travel required. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
A secret clearance is required, candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance
