Job Description
Ockham is a global provider of resources to the Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Industry. We work with companies involved with clinical trials and other market approval processes to help them deliver their products on time and on budget. One of our clients in South San Francisco, CA has an immediate need for a Statistical Programmer Analyst Level I.
Gather information from Biostats, Statistical Programming, Clinical Science (MDs), Data Managers, and vendors regarding external clinical data for a trial
-Code the information into a data specification that clearly defines all necessary information to be collected and obtain team consensus on the spec
-Develop and maintain standard specifications by data type and vendor
-Track specification deliverables for Clinical Programming
-Assist in the development of process documentation for specification development and management
Job Requirements
MS degree in Statistics
1-3 years of SAS programming experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Must be able to write specifications and be detail oriented
