We are currently seeking a STORE MANAGER for Store Operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Highly motivated, energetic retail manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We have immediate positions available and provide training for those selected.
- Manage the overall efficient and profitable operation of the store.
- Source, select and develop talent
- Manage store staffing levels
- Merchandising; schematics, plan-o-grams and recovery
- Receiving and processing freight
- Manage store’s payroll budget
- Promote store safety
- Manage shrink reduction plans
- Cash Management and Bank Deposit
- Monitor P&L
- Promote customer service
- Protect company assets and inventory control

Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS: - 18 years of age or older.
- Some High School Education.
- Minimum of 6 months store management experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Proven organizational, communication and problem solving skills.
- Able to direct and perform all weekly delivery functions according to Company Guidelines.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs (occasionally up to 55lbs) with or without reasonable accommodation.
- P&L knowledge a plus.
- Previous management experience in retail, drug store, grocery, hard lines, fast food, variety or general merchandise preferred.
- Proven reliability and high personal integrity.
