TUR, Inc. is an independent franchisee of Aaron’s with stores in Page, Arizona; Cortez & Grand Junction, Colorado; St George, Vernal, Price, Richfield & Logan, Utah; Pocatello, Idaho Falls, Burley & Twin Falls, Idaho; Rock Springs, Wyoming; Elko, Reno, Carson City & Winnemucca, Nevada; and Ontario, Oregon. In addition, we have upcoming stores in Riverton, Wyoming and Delta, CO; and other potential locations within these 7 states.
TUR, Inc. is currently recruiting for proven individuals with a verifiable track record of success to join our team as Store Manager for several different locations NOT IN THE SALT LAKE CITY AREA. YOU MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO ANY OF THE 7 STATES WE ARE OPERATING IN.
This career opportunity offers a beginning base draw of $40,000-$50,000 with earnings based on 2% of store net revenue and 16% of store profit after your base draw! Your draw will be determined by the volume of the store you are managing, your verifiable work history, and the interview process. The earning potential as an Aaron’s Store Manager can exceed $100,000 per year!

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience managing a fast paced, customer service oriented retail environment.
- Collections experience
- Complete understanding of P&L management
- Inventory management/control experience
- Verifiable history of successfully producing desired results and attaining customer growth
- Proven history of recruiting, hiring, and training associates
- Capable of meeting or exceeding forecasted financial goals
