Under the direction of the Primary Care Manager, the Clinic Operations Manager is responsible for the daily and administrative functions in a clinic setting. The Clinic Operations Manager is responsible for leading the clinic, monitoring and maintaining operational processes and fostering the delivery of superior customer service. He/she is held accountable for meeting local and organizational goals that strive for optimal work processes and the highest quality of patient care.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in related field required (experience may be substituted for educational requirements)
- Minimum of three years Health Care Operations supervisory experience required
- Previous management experience in the past 10 years strongly preferred
- Thorough knowledge of operational practices and techniques
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings, negotiate with and influence others
- Experience in process improvement
- Ability to present oneself and one's ideas with clarity, confidence and poise
- Proven critical thinking and problem solving ability
- Ability to establish trust and credibility at all levels of the organization
- Ability to prioritize tasks
