The Strategic Sourcing Analyst, reporting directly to the Manager of Strategic Sourcing, will lead the development and implementation of ‘best in class’ supply management practices (sourcing and supplier performance management). Conduct complex analysis and provide insight to the management and Strategic Procurement team as it relates to key performance indicators (cost savings, perfect order performance, process metrics) and external best practice research. Drive complex projects and lead cross-functional (and potentially global) teams to implement process improvements and innovative business practices that support stakeholder and business needs. The accomplished individual will have...Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent related experience Must have a minimum of 3 years of applicable experience with preference given to candidates with 5 plus years of applicable experience. - Understand and manage the business and financial implications of new processes and innovations

- Demonstrated use of project management skills and techniques
