Job Description
Family and Children's Association Hempstead Chemical Dependency Treatment Center and Prevention Services Program provide counseling and education to individuals and families who are seeking help to become and remain alcohol and drug free.
Responsible for providing counseling, comprehensive documentation of services which includes assessments and service plans. Will also be responsible for providing individual and group counseling, case-management, referrals, and community outreach. Computerized statistical reporting in the form of data compilation and data entry. Good writing and communication skills.
Schedule:
P/T 21 hours per week. Hours are flexible to include two nights.

Job Requirements
BA/BS with a minimum of 4 years experience working with culturally diverse youth providing chemical dependency treatment/prevention education. CASAC Preferred.
