Supervisor is responsible for account registration, quality assurance, & staff coordination and training. Supervisor is responsible for communication between the Financial Clearance Center associates and HQ affiliate departments and physician offices. Supervisors ensures timely & efficient processing of accounts through the financial clearance process by overseeing FCC staff and ensures appropriate account assignment strategies are made. Supervisor assures quality gy implementing data integrity processes and overseeing quality controls. Supervisors leads the team's ability to financially clear patients in a customer friendly & timely manner, ensuring integrity of information used to pre-register patients and for claims submission processing. The work schedule is varied to meet the needs of the service sites and ancillary departments and may involve weekend and evening hours.
Job Requirements
Associate or Bachelor's degree. 2-3 years overseeing a financial, patient access, or clinical department within a hospital or payor environment. Proven managerial skills, extensive knowledge of reimbursement methodologies.
