MGA is a fee based executive career search marketing firm. MGA offers clients a wide range of services & products subject to their needs and wants. The services are determined after the client has been assessed. This is accomplished by meeting with a search consultant at which time an evaluation is made. The commitment is to work with the client until they have accepted a position of their choice. Fees range from 4% - 10% of base salary with the final payment due 45 days after client accepts the position.
