PURPOSE OF POSITION:
This position will be supporting the CPFR process with major accounts. In additional to CPFR support, this person willd provide support, and in demand forecasting for Sales & Marketing team. Reporting on SCM related subjects and KPI follow-up will be additional duties. Communication with sales, marketing, and HQ forms are the core of this job position
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
- CPFR process coordination with sales people & customers
- Manage and forecast of IT product demand
- Analyze customer sales trend, replenishment, unshipped, backorders
- BL issue based on product allocation, incoming product and material availability
- Monitoring SCM KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
- Supports SCM team & related people with daily reports
- Interfaces daily with various departments at all levels of management
- Assist with other Supply Chain projects as necessary
