POSITION SUMMARY:
Create and maintain master production schedules and capacity requirement plans that optimize net working capital while delivering superior customer fill rates, at least landed cost.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
'X Generate Master Production Schedules, Capacity Requirement Plans, and Rough-Cut Capacity Plans to support demand-driven and operational objectives. 'X Champion the optimization of net working capital within the product portfolio 'X Partner with Demand Planning and Commercial to balance supply and demand within the product portfolio 'X Work closely with MRP Planners, Manufacturing, and Procurement to drive production strategies through finite schedules and procurement plans 'X Drive root cause analytics to understand out-of-stocks, excess inventory, and FreshNes 'X Provide reports to highlight and analyze KPI exceptions & alerts 'X Utilize scenario planning techniques to minimize Supply Chain risk Key Performance Indicators: 'X Customer Service Level % 'X Working Capital as a % of NPS 'X Days of Cover Target 'X Inventory Turns 'X Master Schedule Attainment % 'X FreshNes
Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor¡ï¿½s Degree Preferred 2-5 years of experience in production planning and product supply Prefer food industry experience.
SKILLS: APICS CPIM or CSCS highly preferable SAP SNP and or R/3 Planning Modules Expertise in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) Proven track record of : Delivering credible analytics with complex data Engaging and influencing high levels of the organization Defining areas of opportunity by unbundling inventory Creative problem solving
