Hydromat Machinist â€" set up, operate, repair

Large OEM is expanding their Hydromat department and searching for several highly skilled machinists.  They are located in Eastern Tennessee and offer relocation assistance to a great area.  This area offers a good cost of living, affordable housing and no state income taxes.  If you’re looking for a stable growing company to build a long term career, this is a great opportunity.  Our client will pay for the cost for travel to the interview, moving and temporary housing. 

Interested candidates will need 4 plus years of setting up hydraulic or CNC, Hydromat rotary transfer machines.  Knowledge of setting cutting tools, collets, holders, fixtures and machining heads is a must.  Experience repairing units and valves is a plus.  Candidates with strong set up experience who have trained machine operators and lead small teams may have the experience for a leadership role within this growing company.  We are recruiting for multiple positions and have several opportunities within this company.  Strong problem solving skills is a must for any candidate.

MUST HAVE:  4 plus years of Hydromat set up experience.  Knowledge of cutting tools, tool holders, fixturing, gauging, collets and machining heads is a must.  The ideal candidate can work from a set up sheet and part print with very limited direction.  Experience repairing hydraulics, heads, units and valves is a plus.
