Title: TDL Test & Evaluation Specialist
Location: San Diego, CA
Duration: 3 � 8 months
Pay Rate: $60 per hour
Shift: 1st shift
Workweek: 9/80
Job Description:
1. Looking for candidates who have Tactical Data Link (TDL) test experience, software script design, and test & debug experience and experience with Military Radio operation and test.
2. BS degree is not required but non degreed candidates MUST have military communications test experience.
3. Candidates should have 3+ years of related TDL and Military Comms experience.
Preferred Requirements:
1. REsources won't start until early 2010, so candidates with assignments ending in Dec\Jan preferred.
2. Candidates with flight test experience are strongly preferred.
Please answer the following questions:
1. What are your flight test capabilities, please communicate the number of flight tests you have been involved in and your responsibilities on these tests? What technology did you personally test on these flights.
2. What are your Military Radio capabilities, please name model numbers of radios you have operated and tested?
3. What are your RF test capabilities, please expand on your RF test experience?
4. What are your Tactical Data Link test experiences?
5. What is your experience with data gathering and reduction in a Test & Evaluation environment?
6. What is your experience in development of Methods Of Evaluation and Methods Of Performance?
7. Provide examples of Root Cause Analysis and problem analysis from the data reduction point of view.
8. What class of tools are you familiar for a TDL Test &Evaluation environment?
9. Are you able to handle surge support within 30 day notice, normally lasting anywhere from 2-6 weeks?
