Job Description
Tech Support Analyst
As a Tech Support Analyst you will be a crucial part of a small IT team providing support and troubleshooting for 3 large offices in the Cleveland and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities include:
*Respond to internal support requests via an online automated ticketing process.
*Assist with software updates when necessary.
*Maintain courteous and professional relationships with customers.
*Serve as the point of contact for any problems or IT concerns.
*Perform any other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
*Technical Certification or 2 to 4 years of IT/help desk experience
*Knowledge of Windows Vista, Microsoft Active Directory, Help Desk, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Hardware and perifpherals, and ticketing system processes.
*Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience providing internal IT support in a professional office setting.
*Ability to work independently while following standards and procedures.
*Team player with excellent time management skills
Compensation and Benefits
Pay range $18 to $20/hr based on experience.
