Job Responsibilities of Technical Developer Java
 

• Assist in integrating new and legacy systems into the standardized software and processes of a shared service provider (SSP)
• Provide input, design, and review of overall strategy for integration of new and legacy systems onto shared service provider (SSP) Oracle E Business Suite applications including Federal Financial, HR, & Payroll systems
• Recommend standardizations, mappings, and data cleansing for legacy system integrations.
• Perform mapping, design, build, test, and deploy code in managed releases
• Build Portal application self service forms for application improvements and new applications
• Build interface control technical documents
• Create documentation (technical documents, data mapping, TE040, etc) for data conversions and application interfaces
• Provide triage support for defects
• Assist in development of test scripts and training materials
• Support of system and users after code implementation

Technical Developer Java

Job Requirement of Technical Developer Java : 

Experience:

• 5 years general software development experience with 3 years minimum specialized experience in developing within the Oracle applications, specifically data conversion and application extension mapping, data standardization, data cleansing, business process reengineering, configuration settings
• Experience developing within service oriented architectures (SOA) is a plus
• Experience developing web services is a plus
•  Experience developing with TOAD, PL/SQL, SQL, load scripts, UNIX scripts and/or Java, BPEL, JavaScript
• Experience with Informatica
• Experience using code control tools and change management processes
• Must understand Oracle Applications table structure and APIs
• Oracle Federal Financials project experience is a plus
• Experience with shared service provider is a plus
• Experience with project implementation lifecycle

Qualifications:
 

• Good oral and written communication skills 
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision 
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills 
• Department of Defense (DOD) experience is a plus
• US Citizen
• Clearable (existing Secret clearance is a plus) 
• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
