Technical HELPDESK Technical Helpdesk Must Qualify to obtain a security clearance " "US Citizen with clean credit/criminal background" • Basic Helpdesk and computer troubleshooting skills • Windows experience • MS Office and Outlook support • Must be able to Ping a computer • Must be able to do hardware troubleshooting and Microsoft Windows software troubleshooting Hours This is a 24/7 facility. The manager will determine which shift they will be working. So please indicate in your submittal, what hours they can work. Drug and Background Hair follicle and intense background are required. Remember they will end up getting a security clearance out of this deal. Interviewing Process Client will conduct a 30 minute phone screen and administer a test. They will hire off the phone screen. Example of a question is “How do you ping a computer?” If you are interested please send me an updated word copy of your resume
