Job Description
The Technical Lead (V) is responsible for documenting requirements, creating technical specifications, assigning work to developers, verifying that completed software meets written requirements and company standards, meeting with customers, and reporting to management. The Technical Lead (V) may have supervisory responsibility over a software development project team and as such will be responsible for interviewing potential applicants, rating employees, and enforcing company policies. In some cases, the Technical Lead (V) will also have to write software programs as well as any other duties that are necessary for the successful completion of a project.
