Job Description
Technical Support Representatives :
* Network and internet connectivity, antivirus, spy ware, firewall applications and modem support
* Troubleshooting Windows 85, 98, 2000, ME, XP, Apple/Mac platforms and DOS
* Experience with Email setup, configurations and troubleshooting
* Experience with protocols - DNS, DHCP, POP3 & SMTP
* Troubleshooting systems hardware, software, operating systems and MS Office

Customer Relations Coordinator:
* Extensive knowledge of computer software/hardware, data entry and customer service skills
* Basic level of understanding of all phases and aspects of the customer billing system
* Looking for a profressional, highly motivated and customer friendly candidate
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and strutured call center environment
* Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
* Knowlege of Office software, hardware and pc terminology - Position 100% phone support
Job Requirements
Technical Support Representatives :
* Position is 100% technical support phone support - in a heavy call volume call center environment. Must have CALL CENTER experience and able to multi task between various applications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills is required.
* This is a possible temp to hire, opportunity depending upon job performance. Must be flexible with work schedule and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
* Position starts out at $13.10 per hour - after 5 weeks of paid training, salary will be increased to $13.85 per hour. Pay increase if candidate is offered permanent opportunity to approximately $18.37 per hour - plus full benefits including vacation and perks!!
* Must pass criminal/federal/nationwide background, DMV, SS and drug screening. Bilingual Spanish and Russian is highly preferred.
