We are a high tech medical product company and need a top Technology Laboratory Manager with solid knowledge of ERP systems, manufacturing modules and/or workflow modules and experience with moving production offshore and managing multiple locations.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and supervise working dental production information laboratory
Maintain synergy, motivate & coach laboratory team
Maintain ISO compliance & develop operating procedures
Develop data collection for QC, cost and delivery
Set performance goals & provide feedback to team for continuous improvement
As Technology Laboratory Manager you'll have a key role in determining customer product needs are met so you must have strong organizational skills and be able to work well independently, and keep our team performance high.
Requirements:
~ Degree in Business, Technology and/or IT
~ Strong experience ERP systems & Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
~ Experience manufacturing modules and/or workflow modules
~ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
