Our titles include The Real Estate Book, Apartment Finder, Home Improvement, New Home Journal and Mature Living Choices, just to name a few.


We are seeking Telesales Associates in the Atlanta metro areas for our publications.This position will require you to be driven, self-motivated, goal oriented with strong rapport building skills as you will be the primary link to clients. This position will make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients and is responsible for promoting company products and closing sales. This is a full-time position with hourly base pay plus commission.


 


Core Responsiblites:


-Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products, pricing and processes


- Generate, qualify and close leads through cold calling and through follow-up on lead generation activities performed by the marketing team


-Manage prospects through the lead process cycle


- Meet and exceed all daily, monthly and yearly revenue and client acquisition goals


-Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contacts, opportunities and account information in databases


-Make 50 outbound calls per day


-Transition closed lead to client service team


-Generate reports detailing daily/weekly activity


 


 


Job Requirements

-Must have a minimum of 2-3 years outbound telesales experience in a high-call volume environment with a proven successful track record of closing sales


-Operate a PC and all necessary software proficiently, including CRM software


-Proficient with Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook


-Excellent oral and written communication plus pleasant phone voice required
